Abstract
Louis Shirer has spent more than 30 years working as a church musician in the Carolinas, New Jersey and New York. Tickets for the 7:30 p.m. recital, to be held in Byrnes Auditorium, are $15 for adults; $10 for Winthrop faculty/staff; and $5 for students with a Winthrop ID.
