Abstract
The former Massachusetts governor will hold a 3:30 p.m. rally in McBryde Hall to encourage voters to turn out for the S.C. GOP primary on Jan. 21. If elected, he has pledged deep spending cuts, smaller government, trade penalties on China, a new Federal Reserve chairman and sweeping deregulation.
